MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days,  once the order is Processed your order will ship, unless you selected Express options at checkout, your order will ship the same day if the order was placed before 12 PM EST. 

 

Standard shipping is 3-5 business Days after order is processed for domestic Orders. international orders ships 1-3 business days after being processed and can take 4-8 business Days Depending on countries Customs policy. 

 

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "email when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

Am I Able To Return Items?

 

Items bought on DaintyByBey.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
